They were to delivere a funeral piece.....in the beginning, I thought something went wrong with the delivery....but I had contacted my family in the Uk and they knew the florist. The lady from the flower shop even went to take a photo of the funeral piece to make sure that we saw it was delivered. So nice !!!! So thanks a lot because it really meant a lot to us. I couldn’t rate this wonderful lady and her flowers more, she made my Nans 90th birthday so extra special, by simply taking my little comment on my order (where I just asked for anything a little special that could be done for my Nan) and the flowers arrived in a beautiful vase, ballon, little birds, ribbons and stunning beautiful flowers. Not only that, but they were personally hand delivered and my Nan loved the fact that you took the time to carry them in for her and talk to her - I honestly cannot thank you enough, you made my Nans day. The floral display was beautiful. They didn't have the gerberas on the display image (probably as out of season) but they asked if ok if they were replaced with lilies and roses and they were fabulous. Arrived promptly and flowers looked really fresh. Made us proud at a sad event to have chosen such a great florist. Happy customer!

Village address not the easiest to find, but Eden Flowers had delivered there before and florist recognised my daughter - who reports that the flowers are beautiful and giving much pleasure. Bouquet was a Florists??? Choice, and I was particularly pleased as my daughter and son-in-law had given me outstanding support following a recent accident.

The product description could have been better. An idea of the size of the arrangement or the quantity and type of flowers included would have been useful. I can't help but feel underwhelmed by the arrangement that came for £40. I'm no expert, nor stranger, to buying from a florist, but I would expect more based on previous experience. The quality seems good and the arrangement is pretty, but there is no wow. This is where a better description would help, so that expectations can be set. Delivery from the florist was made on the day expected and the order process was simple enough. Based on this experience I am unlikely to buy flowers online again. There are less unknowns when buying face to face.

Amazing arrangement .The roses were almost excellent;but the elegant large glass vase;the heart shaped ornaments and other ornaments and symbols of love (for a 35th anniversary),and the red glass beads at the bottom of the vase to match the colour of the roses were truly amazing.I was really impressed by the attention to detail .I would now go to them by preference!!!!! I was disappointed with what was delivered, it was not the Sophie basket and there were no really special flowers in there; the shop had suggested they would include some cream lilies but there were none. Whilst the flowers were lovely and fresh I am not sure I had £60.00 worth!!

Amazing bouquet! I asked for extras to compliment the wedding bouquet and was added with no issues. The bouquet was beautiful, my new wife loved it. The delivery was great too as I wasn't sure when we would be back in due to flight times and getting home so they tried 3 times, rather than leaving it in the cold. Was taken aback at this level of service. Will be using them for all my floral needs in the future.
