I can't say enough about how good this business is. Their customer service and professionalism is excellent. I ordered flowers through direct2florist as I am from Australia. There was an issue with the size of the arrangement and the manager could not have been more helpful at sorting the problem out. The solution to the issue went well beyond my expectations. I have nothing but praise for Aspect of Flowers Hull. The standard of product was also outstanding. It is the second time I have selected them for flowers and will continue to do so. It was getting close to the cut off time for same day deliveries. My neice is having a difficult recovery post opp. I ordered some flowers to help cheer her along. Within the hour they had arrived. I won’t use them again, disappointed. They never asked about good delivery time... they missed person for who flowers was sent... and even didn’t tried to came back but later I leave with neighbours... so I paid for the same day delivery but flowers was delivered following day... surprise was ruined and delivery to late!

I tried inter-flora first but there web site would not let me order because I was in Nigeria and have a Thailand address on my card. I ordered the "stunning handtie" for a friend in Hull. There were some problems with the delivery, but Aspect of Flowers really came through for me.
