It came in as a bunch of flowers with some wrapping, for some reason I thought they would be in water. Looking at the order photo I can see it was just in wrapping paper, that's my fault. Some flowers ,small yellow flowers, were dropping when we recieved it. Just did not look as good as previous deliveries.

I used Pats Flowers to order funeral flowers for my Father. The online order was very easy to use and were contacted by email on the day to inform me the flowers had been delivered to the Funeral Directors.. Flowers were lovely and fresh and would use again and recommend using them to others

I live in Northumberland & wanted to send flowers for the funeral of my Aunt in East Sussex. The Funeral Directors were in Hailsham so I searched on the internet for a local florist. I was emailed to say the flowers were delivered on time to the funeral directors. I obviously didn’t see the arrangement but my cousin did thank me for the beautiful flowers we sent so I am assuming the florist did good. Thank you.

Unfortunately there was a mix up at the florist and my flowers wer not delivered until the following day, missing my mum's birthday. Some flowers were added i think to the rearranged delivery which was a nice touch, but I would preferred them to be delivered on the day requested, it was very embarrassing for me as my Mum thought I had forgotten her. :( :( :(
