I ordered floral baskets to be sent to 4 different addresses throughout the country. All were delivered on time and the one l saw on Christmas Day still perfect. Although I did not know l was ordering through Direct2florist after my first pick of a florist the following 3 were easy follow. A big Thankyou to your florists in York, Wetherby and Hove.

This company,is great to work with. Their web site is easy to use,and efficient. I sent,flowers from Australia,to the U.K. for a girl friends birthday. The hat box,I initially ordered wasn’t available,and I was contacted immediately,to ask,if I wanted to change the container,or cancel. I changed the container,but used the same flowers. Very prompt service,and my girlfriend was delighted.

They accepted my order over Easter but ultimately couldn’t fulfil it on time, so I agreed to wait one more day (which isn’t ideal for an anniversary). I had chosen a specific florist but they sent my order to a completely different one without notifying me in advance. The flower arrangement was awful and it looked nothing like what I had ordered… I contacted them to see if they could send a replacement via the florist I had originally chosen but they only offered to refund the service fee which was ~£4 but the flowers were in the region of ~£40. Since then, I have sent them 2 emails and I have been completely ignored for 6+ days.

Great site allowing you to enter an address and then select from nearby florists allowing you to support local businesses. Flowers were delivered the next day and the recipient (my mum-in-law) assured me the bouquet was lovely. Would definitely use again.

five star minimum! delivery instructions carried out to a T, friendly service, and a stunningly beautiful, fresh AND abundant bouquet delivered, with which the recipient filled four smaller vases placed around the house for a beautiful and special effect of scent and visual beauty all around.... Ordered flowers for mum-in-law for mothers day. Easy ordering experience. Presented you with a range of local florists to choose from, you could then browse their range and order. Good communication via both text and email. Delivered on time and my mother-in-law said that the flowers were beautiful. Great to be able to support local florists rather than the big boys. no flowers have been delivered to recipient. i do not know if the florist actually got the order and thus isnt to blame or did simply not deliver. i simply got a system message that the flowers were delivered. but the recipient didnt get them.

I ordered these for my Mum for her birthday - flowers were beautiful and really good selection of flowers. Better value for money than say ordering from Interflora for example. Requested AM delivery which was done. Really pleased and will use the direct2florist service again
