I ordered some flowers for my mum, in the past with other companies, flowers have arrived wilted and not worth the amount I???ve spent on them. My mums flowers were beautiful! The colours and the arrangement were perfect. I live down South and my mum is up North. They arrived on time and very beautiful. Went for "Florist's Choice" and filled in "suggestion" box. They were delivered within the hour. Friends were surprised & delighted with the delivery. Absolutely excellent! Received an email from Direct2florist stating that there was still time to order for Christmas, so I took them at their word and tried to order. The first available date was 05 Jan so I thought I???d have to settle for that. On the morning of 23 Dec (next day), I received a phone call directly from The Floral Box informing me that they could deliver that day, which I was delighted to take up. How very kind of them. Really delighted with my order. I placed it on a Monday and florist kindly called me to say if I didn't mind waiting 24,hours the flowers would be fresher and more varied. He also truthfully told me I wouldn't get the exact flowers in the picture. I appreciated both pieces of information and was just grateful to get any flowers in the middle of Lockdown! there was vast difference between the flowers I ordered and the ones the recipients received. The flowers I ordered were arranged beautifully but the ones I ordered looked through together and not arranged well.
