I ordered for “Same Day Delivery” on a Saturday: the company rang me to say their usual florist in the area had closed and they could find no other florist to fulfil the order, so offered me a refund or Monday delivery. I accepted the latter. So, shame I could not get the advertised same day delivery, but good they let me know. Then, however, I didn’t get the confirmation of delivery email on the Monday that I’d had before, so had to contact the company to find out if the flowers had been delivered. I then received an email. The flowers were apparently very pretty, but I did expect confirmation of delivery.

The flowers and chocolates were presented very nice. I ordered the flowers from Matlock, which were sent to my cousin in Weymouth, naturally I was curious whether she had received them. From your company the message was still at the florest after 6.oopm! And I received the message that they were delivered on the 13th, at 10.20am on the 14th of May.

I am blown away by the service. I had booked with another florist earlier in the week and received an email from them at less then 24hrs before agreed delivery saying that they had to cancel. Thank you so much for helping me out last minute and delivering for mothers day. To give context, I paid at 00:08 on a Saturday night and they were delivered around 1400 on a Mother's Day Sunday. Amazing service! Chose the flowers paid and chose same day delivery ....they were delivered.to recipient within an hour?? FANTASTIC service and the flowers were perfect and the price was great I cannot thank them enough. Flowers are great but they were handed over at the front door rather than be left on the doorstep and the bell used to alert the customer that the delivery was being made. I would expect the delivery to be, in the current conditions, done by leaving the flowers on the step and the delivery driver moving back to see if they are accepted.

I needed to send flowers for a family funeral in another part of the country, and needed them to arrive at a family member's house first thing on a Monday morning, rather than with the funeral director. Many of the online companies were not contactable by 'phone at all at this time, but Direct2florist told me the name of the local florist that they would be using, so I was able to contact them once I placed my order. They were wonderful and reassured me that they would deliver them before 9am. My cousin confirmed that they did indeed do this, and that the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I was extremely pleased with the service.

I ordered this flower arrangement at about 1.30pm. online. It was stated that if flowers were ordered before 2pm they would be delivered the same day. I made an order for some flowers today details below I am very disappointed with the service I have received today. Firstly I have ordered from you before and used this florist directly for flowers for a family funeral and can only commend them on the product that has been presented . Today was a different experience, I am truly upset and deeply sadden by the quality of the flowers you have delivered. I work in the service industry and would not expect to receive such poor quality flowers. I have attached an image of one of the roses and the bunch has below standard buds in this hand tied bunch that looks past its best, it has been filled with cheap filler and not good quality buds. Embarrassed to say the recipient works in this profession and was also disappointed with what was presented. To add insult to injury when I called to find out about the delivery time direct to the florist, the man who answered the phone was rude and knew nothing of my order that was placed at 9.05AM this morning ..... he said they didn’t know about this order because “we haven’t turned on the computer yet”. This call was made @2. 11PM to have some indication for delivery time. You advertise flowers to be derived by 2PM if purchased by a certain time, so surely the company should be aware of pending orders. I wish to be refunded or for the flowers to be replaced with a new bouquet to the same quality of the advertised AVA bouquet: stunning flowers and lily’s, and something that looks like it’s been hand tied not picked from a super market. I trust you will consider my complaint and I look forward to your reply. Kindest regards
