Thank you for a prompt efficient service. I???m sure they will send me pics of the flowers. It???s amazing that I can be on the Isle of Wight ordering flowers at three o???clock in the morning and they are delivered in Plymouth the same day.

Didn't even want to give it one star to be honest . I chose my bouquet to send to my friend and paid £39. The flowers arrived at my friend's and they looked so bleak and cheap so I emailed the company. I got an email from the florist who made the bouquet and it was quite a curt and non apologetic gave me the cost of delivery and how much they make after direct2florist take their share. I told them it looked like flowers from garage and next they they turned up with few more flowers to add to bouquet I guess but the whole process was unsavoury

Absolutely so disappointed with the bouquet that arrived for my friend. I paid ???42 for a bouquet that looked beautiful but what arrived was like a garage forecourt bunch if flowers. I won't ever use this service again

The flowers were at the crematorium when we arrived. They were beautiful and everyone remarked how lovely they were. I would highly recommend this florist who obviously is excellent and knows how to present lovely flowers.

Great service. Quick and efficient. Good choice of products. I have had flowers etc sent via other companies, and in some cases the plants/flowers, were not pleasant to look at as the petals were brown and the flower heads dying! I asked for the florists selection, I mentioned in the comments box that my sisters favourite flower was pink roses and asked if possible<br />to include at least one pink rose but it was mainly yellow and orange chrysanthemums with a few orange small carnations and one pink lily! I do not think that the arrangement was good value for the cost and would not use petals florist again.

I ordered an orchid for a friend's birthday, but a very nice lady from the main d2f office rang me to say that sadly both florists who deliver to Plymouth were out of stock, so I agreed to a cut flower bouquet to the same value. My friend was delighted with her flowers, Good communication from d2f, would recommend.
