How a company or service responds when things don???t necessarily go to plan says a lot, I ordered a large bouquet and extras for our daughter . She had just returned home after a difficult episode in hospital with our thirteen-month-old granddaughter. The teddy bear was to be for her but this wasn???t available, so a couple of balloons were substituted. Our daughter was surprised to receive congratulations on having a baby girl! Turned out Alison had tried to call me and then took the initiative assuming, perhaps understandably, that mum and ???new baby??? had just returned home. When I followed it up there was a complete acceptance, with an apology, that this was a genuine mistake. Alison also promised to drop in some daffodils later.. Appreciated. All was well, the flowers lovely, the funny side appreciated. And, best of all, our granddaughter is getting better!
