The flowers were fresh and beautiful and my recipient was very excited and very happy to receive them. The only complaint I have regards when I receive notification that the flowers were delivered. They were actually delivered between 3 pm to 4 pm GMT on 14Feb, but I was not notified of the delivery by ???Direct2Florist??? until just after 6 pm GMT on 15Feb, the following day. They incorrectly stated the flowers were delivered on 15-Feb-2025, when they were delivered on 14-Feb. This was an international order from the US to the UK and because flowers can be perishable, I would appreciate to have been notified of delivery within one hour of the actual delivery because the receiver is not always home. Whose responsibility is it to notify me, Beauty Of Flowers or Direct2Florist? This has happened several times with Direct2Florist / Beauty Of Flowers so I will probably be looking for a new international delivery service next time.

I live in Australia and ordered over the Internet. The florist responded to my request immediately and offered to email me a picture of the flowers and card. I have used Beauty of Flowers for quite a few, different occasions now and have never felt disappointed. Even in difficult weather conditions, they persevered so that my mother-in-law received her birthday flowers on the day. If there is a problem, they communicate with you quickly. They are polite and friendly and take the trouble to get things right. Beauty of Flowers would always be my first choice for a florist's, whatever the occasion.

It is difficult to leave a review about the flowers as I have not seen them. I can only hope that as extra was paid for a luxury arrangement that the picture was topped up with extra roses as asked for, The man to whom I spoke was most helpful, so thank you. The receipt I received had the wrong delivery date but that was sorted out, with an email A reasonable error, as the delivery date was the same as the purchase date. On your web site it might be nice to put a floral example of the different price ranges so one has some idea of what a more expensive arrangement looks like.

I am very impressed with Beauty of flowers attention to detail, from my instructions my -"aunty is jamaican and I wanted colours that represented the island in the sun", I was expecting flowers that were bright and colourful, instead they took it to another level, they google Jamaica and my aunty who is 91 years young had flowers that are the colour of the jamaican flag. I ordered some flowers for my mum to be delivered to the Spinal Ward in hospital. Sadly they were unable to be received because of the risk of bacterial infection to patients.
