Ordered the flowers at around 11.30 pm the night before and they were delivered by 8.50 the next morning. Very impressive and great service when you???ve forgotten to order any.. My only gripe is I put ???no lilies??? in the instructions but there is a lily in the flowers delivered. Luckily my friend???s asthma can cope with one.

This is the second time I have ordered from this florist for my mum and both times the bouquet received have been absolutely beautiful! With not seeing my mum because of lockdown I wanted to put a smile on her face and let her know we were missing her. Special requests of her favourite flowers within the bouquet were also acknowledged. 1000% better than the pre packed flowers in a box that get posted through the letter box. Every mother’s day for the last 5 years this florist has never let me down! However when I have ordered for the past two of my mother’s birthdays they have not ordered the flowers and I have had to ring up the day after. They are always very apologetic and always provide beautiful flowers and a sorry gift but it’s such a shame the flowers have been forgotten twice now!

The flowers were delivered a day late and only were delivered at all due to me complaining the next day for missing my mother birthday and these flowers were meant to be as a present. I complained at 11am the next day and they didn't arrive at my house till 15:30pm very dissapointed to the timings of this product! Yet the money was taken out my bank well in advance. The flowers are of amazing quaility and look lovely. I was also kindly provided with a free fruit basket as a sorry gift.
