Thanks for being there again. I so like to be able to send just flowers rather than have to include a pot or vase. More flowers for the money. I did find the order form a bit weird in that I had to click on the black underlined line in step 2 to go to a page where my info and a repeat of the delivery info had to be entered. It almost made me go to another supplier. See you next year

Having our daughter so far away for her birthday was difficult. But Dark Side of the Bloom turned the experience into a wonderful surprise for our daughter and allowed our family to feel that we were celebrating with her. Rachel went out of her way to make sure there were extra purples in the flowers (our daughter's favourite colour), that the delivery was early, even that the vase was biodegradable (to protect the environment, something our daughter is working toward every day). It was a wonderful experience.

Ordered flowers from my desk across the ocean - so you never know if it will actually happen. But not only were the flowers delivered to my friend exactly when promised -I was sent a photo of them on the doorstep with a message about a telephone conversation with her husband about the best place to leave them. And they looked gorgeous.

Easy site to navigate, flowers ordered for Saturday delivery They didn’t arrive on day required as the shop was shut at the weekend! Text message from florist ensured I was informed of this, she delivered the flowers two later in the afternoon as requested. I would use them again and check shop opening times another time!!

The actual website was fantastic. All I had to do was type in the post code & then a couple of local florist websites popped up. However, the actual florist company that delivered the flowers for a friends bday, wasn’t what I expected. I felt the quality was poor. For the money that I spent around £45 there were very few flowers. They seemed sparse in the jug that I ordered them to come in. Only around 6 stems. I was a bit embarrassed to see my friends reaction. I did also order (a couple of days before with another famous company, I’m sure you’ll guess who) flowers in a jug for a ‘anniversary’ of a death in the family & theses flowers were much better quality & the amount was more generous. Even though they were cheaper!!!! So I’m sadly not convinced that the quality of the florist comes up on the link. Next time I would be more careful and read reviews of the actual florist. My dad always says, “flowers should be the living not the dead.” I like to give flowers when I can but for a friends special birthday I was really left disappointed.
