First time ordering and sending flowers internationally, all went well. I would have liked to see or had measurements of the sizes of bouquets on the web site. They were described as small, medium and large, but that was not very helpful.

I ordered the flowers in good time because I wanted to be sure they'd arrive on the day of my friend's special birthday on 29th March, which is the date I specified for delivery. Unfortunately they arrived much earlier on Saturday 25th March, which I felt somewhat spoilt the surprise. The flowers are not cheap and so at the very least I'd expect them to arrive on time.

We submitted and paid for 2 seperate orders before Christmas and received emails confirming the order followed by a further email saying the deliveries had been made. It turns out that neither of the deliveries were made. No flowers received at either address. And no-one is replying to our email to the shop asking for a refund. Poor show altogether.

Really happy with the efficient service and updates on my order. It had to be passed to another florist but in the end the recipient was very happy and that’s the most important thing. They were flowers for someone who had been bereaved but I wanted the flowers to be colourful and uplifting as a personal gift. They were perfect i am told! Very happy customer.

Flowers were meant to come from A Flower lady in Larne not Blooms of belfast!<br />Flowers were ok but the bouquet I had ordered online was different to what arrived .... fully understand they cant match exactly but I chose a bouquet without lillies as we have allergies to lillies in the household but the bouquet arrived with lillies in it instead of the exotic flowers that were shown in the image which was disappointing.

My mother was very happy with her arrangement and found it pretty. She sent me a pic and it was nice. However it was of no resemblance whatsoever to the original selection made on-line. I had selected bright pinks (gerbera) and the arrangement included roses and carnations (light pink) That said, it was a short turnaround ( two days) and I believe that the florist did a good job. Not my ideal selection as it was more traditional than I would have elected, but again, my Mum was happy and that was the important point for me.

The florist apparently had email confirmation problems, so it appeared that the funeral flowers were delivered a day late, but in reality were on time. We received a gracius e-mail from the florist explaining the computer error. I would like to change my rating of Blooms of Belfast to 5 stars!
