Sharon at Floral Fancies always makes a beautiful bouquet or floral display for my mother-in-law at her care home. I’ve always been so pleased with the service, because she is local it means the flowers are really fresh and ready whenever I need them.

Excellent customer service despite the difficult circumstances we are currently under. Beautiful fresh flowers were delivered to my mum on mother's Day on such short notice. I ordered the vintage bouquet for £50, but the photo attached is what was delivered which does not seem to reflect what I ordered. I ordered this particular bouquet as they were my nans favourite colours, but as you can see from the photo attached they do not look even remotely the same which I am a bit dissapointed about. The flowers were a lovely condition and delivered in a timely manner, but I rarely see my nan often due to living 5 hours away and wanted to send her something really special that reflected her favourite colours/flowers as she is an avid gardener and don't feel they reflect the money that was spent either or the thought I put into the purchase Can you please advise, Kind Regards, Leanne

Although delivered on time, the bouquet was NOT the one I ordered. I specifically ordered the one with white lilys and and roses as these are my friends favourites. There was not a lily or rose in sight, and the colour scheme was not white and green as illustrated, but included yellow, which I didn't want! What is the point of having examples of the bouquets, when they are not adhered to. I do accept sometimes they may be slightly different, but to not include the main flowers shown is not acceptable! Also I noticed the picture my friend sent had the flowers in a vase and the photo had shown the bouquet to be in a cello water bomb, something I wanted as I knew she would be busy that day and didn't want her to have the hassle of having to arrange them herself. All in all not a satisfied customer. I have never ordered flowers like this before and never will again.
