Went on the website, got it delivered on the very same day. Lovely lady delivered to the address, made my misses shocked and happy cry. All in a few hours. I will thank you very much and I will be usong the service again. 10/10 The flowers are beautiful, still here after coming up to two weeks, the smell is wonderful and showing even more colours..

I ordered a gorgeous bunch of flowers as a ‘thank you’ present for my friend on a Friday morning around 9am, and she received them on her doorstep around lunchtime the very same day! We were so impressed. The flowers were lovely and lasted well. I’m so happy with the order and will be sure to use Flowers on the Cobbles in future.

I always use Flowers on the Cobbles when I need to send something to cheer someone up. This time it was Flowers of condolence & the receiver was really pleased with them, they were beautiful. I usually go into the store but I was working, the website is easy to use, they could deliver the next day, it was perfect!

Ordering flowers for a funeral over the phone can be tricky , ie where to send them, what to put on the card etc. Flowers on the Cobbles were extremely helpful & kept me updated with emails. Unfortunately I didn't see the arrangement, however I was told that they were stunning by people who did. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I found a discrepancy in timing and didn't know for sure whether the flowers would arrive Friday or Saturday.. the florist's web site said it would be Saturday delivery and so I rejected it in favour of the national web site - which said that the flowers would be delivered on Friday if ordered before 2pm. The same florist as I had originally looked at was the florist they used. Would the flowers arrive Friday as I wanted or Saturday? To my relief it was Friday. But that doubt shouldn't have been there. However all was well: flowers Friday and we'll received!

It was my mother’s 90th birthday and we are so far away in Mexico, it was wonderful to be able to send fresh flowers from a local (to her) shop. They were delivered on time, with no hassle and were so fresh with a side of chocolates from a shop she was a manager at 70 years ago. How wonderful! The cost was more reasonable than comparable flower delivery sites and all went so smoothly I can’t fault any part of the service.

Fabulous Flowers! I called the florist asking for some flowers for a friend who had just come out of hospital so didn???t want her to have to bother doing anything to them (apart from watering them). The lady suggested these. And how beautiful are they? Really pleased with them. Super quick delivery. My friend was chuffed with them and said they brightened up her lounge a treat. I was not able to place my order until the actual birthday but Flowers on the Cobbles were able to accept the order. They advised that their delivery of new flowers was not due till 10 am which meant the flowers were the freshest possible. They emailed the receipt and confirmed when delivery was made with a photo of the hand tied bouquet. Excellent service.

I live in Japan and always use "Flowers on the Cobbles" for my Mum in Sandbach. My Mum is always pleased with this local florist and says that the flowers are more vibrant, fresh and with less foliage than florists from larger chains. Having needed flowers to be delivered within a few hours, The Ladies at Flowers on the Cobbles were fantastic. Very knowledgeable with our choice of flowers. Liked the use of local independent florist. Telephoned to place order - very helpful and knowledgeable , guided by the florist herself. Nothing was too much trouble. I nearly dropped down to four stars because each time, you send me an email saying the flowers have been delivered - before they are delivered! This causes anxiety in case they have gone to the wrong place. Please fix this email alert. Anyway - 5 stars. “Flowers on the Cobbles” always provide a big beautiful fresh flower arrangement. I’ve tried other flower deliveries in the past (Marks and Spencer & Interflora etc) but “Flowers on the Cobbles” are easily the best.

It was an easy process to order the flowers and, although I was a little disappointed at first when I read that the time I had taken to choose a particular florist, reading reviews and choosing the category etc, had seemed, a waste of my time as the florist had actually rejected my order... I quickly found solace in the fact that it was placed with another florist in the area....without me having to do anything! Not only did it give me an alert in the morning, giving me the option if I wanted to cancel it, due to the change... I got a message from my friend, later that day and who was totally amazed with the beautiful arrangement that arrived and her words were " it is sooo beautiful".... which made all of the other worries disappear.... I would definitely use this service again and my aim was to make my friend happy...which was achieved in bucket loads, so all turned out well in the end!! .... I thought that the fact that I received a copy of what was sent, is a touch that other impersonal services don't offer, so don't be put off if the same happens to you.... rejected doesn't not mean a rejected purchase...it may just mean that they don't feel they can meet that particular arrangement with the flowers they have in at that moment...or an unusual vase etc etc.... So I am just pleased that an alternative had been sourced, whilst I slept and who felt they COULD fulfil my order to a high standard and for that I am really grateful...and for that reason alone, I would use this service again, as I don't have to worry about starting all over again! ...and to actually be able to see what I had sent, is a truly personal touch! Thank you guys!

Ordered flowers from Australia. Usually so hit and miss from so far away. What unbelievable service. I received a photo via email of the flowers sent to my very sick aunt. Only company that has done this anywhere. Congrats to the florist in Congleton and a big thank you from me. I am sure I will use you again. Bye the way, everyone said the flowers were Fantastic!
