The company were kind enough to ring me to check details, but, as we were 700 miles away on the day of the funeral we have no idea what the wreath looked like. We can’t really comment on the flowers as a result.

I was able to order flowers for my friend very quickly and easily . They were delivered in a couple of hours and my friend described them as wow beautiful. Flowers are always excellent and last a long time. The florist rang to check I was ok with the date/time of delivery as they were having to do two deliveries due to high demand for mothers day and they didn???t want the flowers to get squashed. Excellent customer service!!!!

They are showing pictures of flowers /vases on there page but when you choose it the florist that you go to don't have the flowers/vase to fulfil the order you have chosen ... not the local florists fault i might add , if you are going to work with local florist at least supply them with the stuff you are advertising. vase etc i know the flowers might vary but everything should be as is !

Outstanding service from The Flower Patch. They truly went above and beyond when I didn???t have the full address for the recipient of the beautiful flowers they made up. The Flower Patch???s lovely lady that contacted me on a couple of occasions about the address was really lovely about it. Delivered in good time and flowers are nice, but not what I ordered, and no contact to advise reason for this. Specifically requested bunch of lillies but only one stalk of lillies in the bunch. Beautiful flowers. Mum said it was the most beautiful flowers she’d ever had. I found the website difficult to use for two reasons. 1. It was easy to book same day delivery but took ages to work out how to order a week in advance. 2. I had no idea I’d ordered an arrangement in a vase. I thought I’d ordered a bouquet. It was lovely and I might choose that again but I hadn’t realised at the time I made the order online.

Brilliant! It's difficult to send flowers from mainstream companies when family members live in such remote areas.
