Flowers were for my friend, whose husband had just died. I ordered pink roses for same day delivery. The florist phoned me - I live in France - and apologised that she only had deep coral for that day. I confirmed that would be fine and my friend received them a couple of hours later. She was thrilled with them. Thank you for the excellent service

I absolutely love this florist, whether it be a simple bouquet or an arrangement, the flowers are always fresh, last ages and are stunning. I booked through direct to florist online, so much more reliable than interflora. You get updates throughout. Can’t recommend this florist highly enough!

i ordered some flowers for my son and his family, to be delivered to there new home on the day of there moving in. i received a message saying that the flowers had been delivered to my son ( considerably later that was agreed) but they had not got them. i rang the provider who told me that the order had been out sourced and they would let me know what was happening? no further response , other than to tell me that they had been delivered later the following day. 36 hrs later than agreed. i wont use this company again

I first used Harpur Centre Florist last year and was very pleased. My neighbours, to whom I sent today's delivery, says the flower arrangement is really gorgeous. I have also placed another order with them for next week. Prices are more or less on a par with other florists and I highly recommend them.

Flowers were fantastic. Cannot fault the flowers in any way. Delivery was awful. Originally I was told and agreed delivery day. Then on due date told flowers not in stock so would be delivered next day. Next day I rang and was told they were being prepared and to expect the by 2pm, they arrived at 4pm after several phone calls. These were for a funeral. Unfair to charge delivery in such circumstances

I wanted a special floral presentation for my golden wedding aniversary and I needed to meet a florist face to face who could interprate my requirements. I explained what I wanted and the florist could translate my needs quite easily. I was given various options and guided through the process without a problem. The service I received from Harpur Centre Florists Bedford was exceptional. From placing the order to delivery was the easiest ,most helpful, courteous and caring service . Fully informed via email of all aspects from ordering to the delivery itself. The most important thing was knowing the recipient was overjoyed with the chosen item. When ordering from so far away it was very reassuring to know what you would like to see delivered is what you have chosen. I have had a bad experience in the past when ordering flowers for my nearest and dearest back home, having been so disappointed in the past it is So Refreshing and Amazing to deal with people who really care.
