Easy to use and excellent service. There was a problem with the original floral arrangement but a lady at the shop contacted me straight away and I decided on another arrangement. Being on the other side of the country I didn't see the arrangement but the recipient said she was thrilled to bits with them.

Ordering was simple and quick. Florist contacted me directly as one of the flowers usually included in this particular bouquet was out of stock and suggested replacement. They also suggested that, given the hot weather, it was a hand tied in water, rather than in oasis. I ordered at 9.30 this morning and they were delivered before 12. Very impressed with service.

Delivered on Mother's Day morning (at no additional charge) The Flower Box's service is testament to why it has been going for 70 years. I ordered online from Australia. Initially I ordered for my mum who was in a care home for Christmas, sadly she was taken into hospital and we were told this was her time. The picture of what I ordered and the picture of what my sister received was completely different. I understand that some flowers aren't in stock however to see a much smaller and less compact bouquet and also the cheapest flowers you can buy instead of gerberas was very disappointing. have commented on this excellent florist twice previously. these flowers arrived at incredible speed, they were delivered to a former florist who commented on how very fresh they were "straight off the delivery van" was the comment. However, although I will continue to use this florist on this occasion I was a little disappointed in the size of the bouquet and the fact that there were no roses, lilies or other such more 'substantial' elements - particularly as I had paid extra for an even better display - otherwise I would have rated 5 stars as usual. However, the receipient is most happy with them and I guess that is the main thing.
