I have used crossley flowers before and they are always beautiful, I ordered them just before 2pm and they were delivered that afternoon which was brilliant. My sister lover them as they were a get well present. I got them in a box at the bottom so she didn't have to arrange them as she had just had surgery. I will use crossley flowers again. Thank you so much for your beautiful flowers they made my sister very happy.

It's always a gamble sending flowers via the internet, because all you have is pictures to choose from, a price range and if you're lucky, somewhere to add if you want a certain colour etc. I ordered this and with minutes, got a text thanking me for the order and would it be OK to deliver late afternoon as a driver wasn't available before hand. That was fine, I also asked when I replied would it be possible to have certain colours and a red rose in a center position in memory of a friend who had passed away, the flowers were for the family. They were delighted with it, I chose the Hat Box arrangement and I've now been sent a photo, they are beautiful, the colours I chose, with the red rose as asked for. I can highly recommend them and will use them again if I need to send flowers to Halifax.

Everything went well with purchase, however, when trying to track my order online all of the date information was incorrect (dates for order and preferred delivery were listed as dates from months past). I wasn’t sure if the item I purchased was scheduled for delivery or if it had been tucked aside as already delivered. I sent an email, but received no response. This issue needs to be addressed so customers will be able to see true, current information. This was especially concerning for me because I ordered the flowers from out of the country. I finally reached out to the recipient who confirmed delivery, so all turned out well.

It was lovely that Crossleys sent me a photo of the flowers when they were delivered to my Mum as, due to the lockdown, i couldn't be there to see them. They were delivered on the day i requested and looked beautiful. They had a nice bright pink bow and pink paper around them and looked like a nice selection of long lasting flowers.

The picture of the product was scaled differently from their other pictures this gave the impression that the product was bouquet sized turned out to be a hideous table set affair. Listed as for anniversary my wife felt it was more for a funeral. Lesson learned go to (another) actual florist.
