I am very happy with the service I initially rang the florist who was very helpful I used the online system to order which was very easy to follow, the flowers were delivered within a few hours of placing my order. Although I have not seen the flowers I have been informed my friend is " made-up" with them. Will defuse again.

The recipients were delighted with the flowers which they said were beautiful.. As always the ordering process was easy and delivery on time. The only slight disappointment was that the address of the florist was given as Warrington, Manchester which resulted in an extra ??3 on top of the delivery charge as the delivery address was out of the area despite being less than two miles away. Warrington is In Cheshire and has never been part of Manchester. The florist did say they would contact direct2florist to correct this error.

Daisy Chain Flowers were fantastic to deal with. I am from New Zealand and we needed to send a wreath for my brother-in-law's funeral in the UK. They needed to be delivered at a certain time to a certain place and the staff from Daisy Chain were just superb and easy to deal with in a stressful situation.. I ordered flowers from Daisy Chain Flowers for the first time! They were for a special 50th, and for somebody who lived in Warrington (I'm in Runcorn). I am always wary about ordering flowers online, when I haven't seen them myself, as I have paid a fortune in the past, and been let down. Fantastic service, the day after valentines day the bouquet I ordered wasn't available but the florist helped me over the phone and reassured me they would create a beautiful bouquet with similar flowers that they had to hand, paid at 9:30am and the flowers were delivered the same day to my choice of address by 1:30pm.
