I have ordered from Calli-Fleur several times now from Newfoundland, Canada and have been so impressed with the beautiful arrangements that were prepared and delivered. The service is phenomenal, and the online transaction has always been quick and easy. This year my friend was not at home to receive her flowers, but I was not aware of this ahead of time. Calli-Fleur contacted me when they were not able to deliver the arrangement that I had ordered, and arranged to have it sold at the shop and another one prepared and delivered when my friend returned. I cannot express how grateful I was for this.

I let the florist choose the flowers ..best choice I made! They were beautiful. Flowers arrived on time (same day as ordered) (only negative is that the email to say they had been delivered arrived the day after and I only knew the flowers had been delivered late evening when my friend advised as they had been delivered to a neighbour as she was out. I had panicked that they hadn't been delivered) Excellent service by the florist.

I have placed several orders now using Calli Fleur by Design and I have never been disappointed. The flowers that are delivered look like the ones in the picture I chose which hasn't been the case when I have ordered from other florists in other countries/areas, Flowers are always delivered when they are supposed to. I wouldn't think of using any other florist in the area Calli Fleur by Design deliver to.

I was delighted to have found this florist. A great selection of flowers for all occasions. Delivery charges were very reasonable. Such a great way to surprise family and friends with a beautiful gift for any occasion without spending an excessive amount of money. After failing to find a reasonably priced florist who could fulfil my requirements and offer a same day service in the area of my recipient, I was thrilled to find this website was clear, easy to use and no hidden charges. I was able to find a florist near me who delivered same say to the area I wanted, and offer the straightforward no hassle experience I was after. The flowers were excellent and very well presented...however, is it customary to give a copy of the order details, with prices paid on it, to the recipient, because that's what happened? I would have thought that was confidential?

Just a small thing around the email sent confirming delivery had been completed. It said 'I hope the recipient liked their gift'. As these were funeral casket flowers not sure whether it's possible to change it but not good choice of words.

Used the website and selected the arrangement I wanted and made the order with ease. As it was the morning of the day of the delivery I chose PM delivery thinking it was too late to order for AM, received a phone call from direct2florist they had been in touch with the florist who had a delivery at 11am in the same area and asked if it would be ok to deliver after that. Great service.
